You’ll score 25 statements on a scale of 1 to 5. Each section produces a domain score out of 25. Your total score out of 125 reveals your current structural maturity — and where to focus first.

100–125 Structurally Independent

Your business runs on architecture, not heroics. Systems are in place, decisions move without the founder, and the team operates with real independence. 75–99 Founder-Centric

You have systems — but they are not yet capable of running without you. Growth will expose pressure points. Decision fatigue increases. The structural ceiling becomes visible. This is the most common profile among established owners who have outgrown their original operating model. The architecture exists; it needs to be formalized and extended.

50–74 Operationally Reactive
